The Thanh Van Tan Uoc Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 2804/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2020, by the Hanoi People’s Committee.

• Location: Located in Thanh Van and Tan Uoc communes, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi, Vietnam.

• Scale: 47.783 hectares, including:

  • Land for industrial use: 287,357 m²

  • Land for services and support: 45,116 m²

• Estimated Completion: By the fourth quarter of 2025.

Thanh Văn Tân Ước Industrial Cluster Project is located on the Southern Axis Road, connecting Thang Long Avenue – Le Trong Tan – Ha Dong (Van Phu) – Thanh Oai (through Thanh Ha Cienco 5 Urban Area) – Thuong Tin – National Highway 1.

III. Infrastructure of Thanh Van Tan Uoc Industrial Cluster

The Thanh Van Tan Uoc Industrial Cluster is designed as a green, clean industrial zone (energy-efficient, non-polluting, with minimal air and noise pollution), incorporating high-tech applications. It ensures investment in building a centralized wastewater treatment plant using modern environmental technology; the establishment of a separate wastewater and surface water collection system; and the allocation of areas for waste collection, including industrial waste and general waste.

• Internal roads: Ranging from 14 to 22 meters wide, equipped with street lighting and green trees along both sides.

• Power supply: Connected to the national grid through 7 substations, with a total capacity of 16,100 KVA to meet the entire cluster’s demand.

• Water supply: Clean water supply capacity of up to 1,400 m³/day and night.

• Fire protection system: Compliant with national fire safety standards.

• Greenery and water reservoirs: Green spaces and water regulation ponds cover up to 10% of the total area.

IV. Construction Progress of Thanh Van Tan Uoc Industrial Cluster

Construction of the Thanh Van Tan Uoc Industrial Cluster began in November 2024. By April 2025, the land clearance and site leveling have been completed. Infrastructure development is currently underway, including the construction of internal roads, drainage systems, water supply, electricity, a fire protection system for the entire area, and a centralized wastewater treatment facility. It is anticipated that the investor will hand over fully developed land, complete with infrastructure, to businesses for factory construction by the end of 2025.
